Follow these instructions for wearing BDSM Chest Harness:
1. Find the D-ring (metal ring of ‘D’ shape) on the backside of the harness and hold the harness from there.
2. While holding the harness from D-ring, shake it properly to let the straps fall down into place and untangle all the straps with your hands.
3. Unclip all the buckles and hang them loose from the harness.
4. Now put on the harness by keeping the D-ring on the backside. Find the arm and chest straps.
5. Slip through your arms from the arm straps just like when wearing a shirt. Chest straps should hang open on the front side.
